Chimacum girls volleyball struggled to defeat Klahowya at a match on Oct. 3, but did not take any games. They lost the home match 3-0. So far, the team has only won one of four matches, but there is still time to kick up their overall score. Their next game takes place at home at 6:45 p.m. on Oct. 8 and is against North Mason High School. Meanwhile, the Chimacum football team also lost their home game versus Tacoma’s Charles Wright High School that took place on Oct. 4. They lost with a score of 0-49. Their next game is in Puyallup versus the Cascade Christian High School team at 7 p.m. on Oct. 12.
