I would like to express my (unsolicited) appreciation for the continuing efforts of County Commissioner Kate Dean, who keeps her constituents informed about the County’s efforts to secure vaccines in a time of shortage, along with other important issues and meetings with lawmakers both here and in Washington, D.C.
She actively invites public discussion and is one of the most approachable, positive, forward-thinking, savvy and empathetic public servants I have ever seen.
I’m grateful to be represented by her in a time of such national incivility and suffering. We need more lights like her in the darkness.
