Report Inappropriate Comments

The only descendants of my parents to date are 3 great, great grandchildren. We're just not adding much to an overcrowded world. Not bad for five generations. However, none of it has involved any form of government control.

I am concerned more with encouraging self-control—which includes freedom of choice where reproduction is concerned. Voluntary vasectomies encouraged by government subsidies might do a lot to counteract those seen on TV bragging about 30 grandchildren as if it were somehow a personal contribution to human kind.
