The Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization case is the issue before the SCOTUS, (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dobbs_v._Jackson_Women%27s_Health_Organization)

Is the Mississippi "Gestational Age Act" unconstitutional is the question. I don't believe it is. This from Roe v. Wade, "The court also ruled that this right is not absolute and must be balanced with other considerations the state may have such as advancements in technology making the point of fetal viability sooner over time".

So do you want the SCOTUS to decide that the Mississippi law is unconstitutional, which would mean what? that Mississippi goes back to the 24 week rule? Either way I don't see how that would "overturn" Roe v. Wade, which is the big scare story the MSM seems to be pushing.

I agree with the Roe v. Wade law, as it was written, and amended.
