As I said your statement " Did a U.S. President approve of white supremacists? Yes" is not true, regardless of how his detractors interpreted his words.

Regardless of what Blackburn's "aim" was, it was her job to ask questions of a potential Supreme court judge, to get a measure of that person's character. I'm certain that M.Jackson knows how to define a woman, and at least to have an opinion about when life begins, her refusing to answer those questions shows me a person who is not being honest.

When you take one person and apply your perception of that one person's actions to an entire group that in my book is bigotry.
