Interesting that you still think these are allegations. The committee investigating the Jan. 6 insurrection have evidence that Trump knew he had lost the election but continued to call on his followers to "stop the steal" Does Trump know the difference between reality and delusional thinking? Big question. Will he claim he actually believes the election was stolen from him? Evidence presented to the commission seems to discredit this excuse. Time after time he was told not only by states he insisted a recount be taken and it was but the results were still that Biden won that there was no fraud, yet he continued to press his followers to go to the capital and prevent the electoral votes from being counted. He insisted that Mike Pence, his vice-president to stop the count, but Pence was told, legally that wasn't an option, so his followers attempted to do it for Trump. Slowly we are seeing the facts emerge about what really happened on Jan 6th. Trump will probably not have to go to trial, but his mental capacities will forever be questioned.
