I get the protection of salmon habitat and love to fish for them. I would not trade the additional loss of property rights for those that have a right to half the salmon and whose investment in fisheries is dwarfed by WDFW investment and have chose rather to invest more in casinos. How does this choice support culture and heritage? I think the culture and heritage should be valued and sustained by the tribes but not by claiming conditional use on someone else's property. Having a hard time getting behind this bill and still haven't recovered from the Growth Management Act limiting a build-able lot size to 20 acres on the 38 acres we own that had been previously platted for 100x100ft lots.
