Quoting Reince Priebus "In December 2015, Priebus publicly criticized then-Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's proposal to temporarily suspend Muslim immigration in response to terrorist attacks. "I don't agree", Priebus told The Washington Examiner. Following Trump's controversial remarks about Mexican illegal immigrants in early 2015, Priebus reportedly delivered a "stern 40-minute lecture" to Trump. [wiki]

In May 2016, Priebus again publicly criticized Trump, saying Trump was not the head of the Republican Party and that Trump must "change his tone."

Priebus was former RNC chair and Trumps Chief of staff from January to July 2017 the shortest tenure in American history.

And of course the famous Trump quote:

President Trump reportedly referred to "Haiti and countries in Africa as “shi*hole countries” and called for more immigrants from places like Norway" at an Oval Office meeting with lawmakers, two people briefed on the meeting told the Washington Post on Thursday night. Only whites need apply.
