Report Inappropriate Comments

These employees give so much love, effort, and energy to our children and our community, and for so little. Many jobs have significantly lower expectations, risks, and qualifications, and yet pay more. Do we really want intelligent, decent, and caring people gradually driven from their profession by this kind of stinginess? We are not botching hamburgers here, but children who will someday be our peers and caretakers. We should pay according to these jobs' importance.
