Failing to name the candidates, referring to them only by letter designation, is very likely a violation of the Open Public Meetings Act.

Get ready for more litigation, this time with personal fines. Each board member who participated in this sham will be subject to a fine of $500 that they, not the public, will have to pay. Subsequent violations are $1,000 apiece.

These school districts' directors should hope that Eric Hood doesn't get wind of this.
