The point is lighting .. From 1st round-about to Sheridan St has the worst lighting I have ever seen in a city. At night people take their life in their hands, so to speak, crossing Sims Way. Then if you are the driver, it's your fault if you hit a pedestrian you were unable to see due to poor lighting or brush in the way. Maybe the

speed limit needs to be lowered to 20 mph from Sheridan St to the Hilton Tavern to make it safer for pedestrians as well as the drivers. I'm just saying .... think about it! Any comments? Dark clothing isn't the problem. Poor lighting is the problem!
