So what is shopping local, just Port Townsend, can we include Port Hadlock, Chimacum, Port Ludlow, Quilcene, Discovery Bay, Brinnon, the West End. How about Clallam County? Olympic Peninsula?

I do shop in Port Townsend, mostly Safeway and Don's Pharmacy, occasionally, Quimper mercantile. In Hadlock, mostly Ferrino's and QFC. The Farmstand in Chimacum. I don't eat out anymore, well, I never ate out much before Covid, but I like eating out, just when you live so far from restaurants it's hard to go pick up something for dinner when it's dark at 4:00, (The dark months). I buy at Costco, they are a good company, hire local people, pay them a living wage, offer health insurance. I like to support that, I don't shop at Walmart, even though they hire locally, they pay so poorly that lot of their employees are on food stamps.

But back to Tom's blog. The Loser about says it all, except I would say poor loser. How does one have the gall to go to a state and tell it's Governor how to run it? Rallying for the Republican Senators, I get that. Keep gathering people for rally's, parties, when the pandemic is out of control? Collect money from his followers after the election is over? Give pardons to his family? Really, I wasn't aware they had been charged with any Federal crime yet. Although that could happen after their father is out of office. So I agree, it's time for Trump to leave the White House and hopefully never come back. (what a relief that will be)
