		<description>After a walk down to the Beach Club I encountered my friend Dick Durand hanging out at the front desk. We discussed the walk to and from his home and my home for a few minutes but finally parted when he made the sage comment that getting old and fat made the walk back up the hill harder. Who knew?</description>
